The vineyard is planted on a terroir of deep Pyrenean gravel, composed of pebbles, lean and draining soils, guaranteeing thus a constant and regular maturity of our wines.
The grape variety is made up of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot, giving a generous, balanced wine that keeps well .
We are resolutely committed to the quality and tradition of cultivation methods: mechanical tillage, plowing, organic amendments, and weeding by scratching.
Winter is the time when we let the soil rest, thus allowing the cover crops (oats and vetch) sown at the end of the harvest of to come out timidly. They will retain water and prevent soil erosion. It is in the spring, before the frosts, that we cut them to naturally provide the nitrogen and carbon necessary for the vines.
